How booking works
- Pick your dates, see your total, and create your account.
- Accept the rental agreement. On your first rental, or once the license on file has expired: verify your driver's license with a quick photo and a selfie (about a minute, handled by Stripe — we never keep the images).
- Pay the deposit or the whole trip, depending on the trailer, and you're confirmed. Your pickup address, lot and gate code are emailed once the rental is fully paid; the hitch lock code appears in your account after your four pickup photos.
You'll need to be 21 or older, with a valid driver's license, a card, a phone with a camera for the pickup photos, and a vehicle with the right hitch ball and plug. Trailers are insured under our fleet policy; you're responsible for damage up to your deposit.
