Privacy Policy

Quick Trailer Rentals collects the minimum we need to rent you a trailer: your name, email, phone number, reservation history, and the outcome of your driver's license verification.

Identity verification (Stripe Identity)

To rent, you verify your driver's license through Stripe Identity. Stripe collects images of your license and a selfie, and uses biometric technology on our behalf to confirm the license is genuine and belongs to you. We never receive or store your license photos, selfie, license number, or date of birth. Stripe shares with us only: the verification result, the license's expiration date and issuing state, the name on the license, and whether you meet our minimum age. Stripe's handling of your verification data is described in Stripe's Privacy Policy; you can ask Stripe or us to delete verification data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Payments (Stripe)

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only payment status, amounts, and Stripe's reference IDs.

What we use data for

• Operating reservations, pickups, returns, deposits, and refunds.
• Transactional email (confirmations, reminders, receipts, refunds). We do not send marketing email.
• Fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service — Stripe (payments, identity), our hosting and database providers, and our email provider — and when the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

Reservation and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and liability purposes. You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at support@trailerhub.test.
