Terms of Service

Quick Trailer Rentals rents trailers that we own and maintain. These terms govern your use of the website and your account; each rental is additionally governed by the Rental Agreement you accept at checkout.

Accounts

• You need an account to reserve. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, verified through our identity check.

Reservations and payment

• Prices, deposits, and what is due at booking are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• A reservation is confirmed only after your license check passes, you accept the Rental Agreement, and payment succeeds.
• Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your rental starts — everything you paid is refunded to your card. Within 48 hours of the start date, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Deposits are always refunded in full after an on-time, undamaged return.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no fraudulent bookings, no scraping, no attempts to bypass verification or payment. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to a rental is capped at the amount paid for that rental, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
